Privacy policy
Applies to sempercara.com. Version of 28 August 2026.
This site is a company profile. It has no forms, no user accounts and no purchases. Below is exactly what happens to the data of someone who visits it or writes to us.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Semper Cara sp. z o.o., registered office at Klaudyny Potockiej 25, 60-211 Poznań, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0001263592.
For any matter concerning personal data, write to office@sempercara.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
2. What this site does not do
- It uses no cookies and no other identifiers stored in your browser.
- It runs no traffic analytics and does not measure visitor behaviour.
- It loads nothing from third-party servers — fonts, stylesheets and images are served from this same domain. Your IP address therefore never reaches Google, Meta or any advertising network.
- It has no contact forms, so it collects nothing you type on the page.
You do not have to accept anything in order to read it, which is why there is no cookie consent banner here.
3. Server logs
The server that hosts this site records technical information about requests: IP address, date and time, the requested address and the browser type. This is an ordinary record of server activity, needed to keep the site running and secure.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining and protecting the site. The logs are held by our hosting provider: Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, Kalifornia, Stany Zjednoczone.
4. Contacting us by e-mail
If you write to our address, we process the data contained in your message: your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and the content of the correspondence.
- Purpose: answering your question and conducting correspondence.
- Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, beyond that, our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: until the matter is closed, then for the limitation period for claims. Correspondence that constitutes an accounting record is kept for 5 years from the end of the year in which it arose.
5. Who we share data with
Data reaches only the providers of the tools we use: our website hosting provider and our e-mail provider. Each of them acts under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data and we do not pass it on for advertising purposes.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Send your request to office@sempercara.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
7. The company's apps and services
This policy covers sempercara.com only. The company's products — including the PrzyGrobie.pl app and service — have their own separate privacy policies, available within those products. The data processed there is broader, because it covers user accounts, orders and payments.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at the same address and update the date at the top of the document.
